Assembly example

Assembly operations for some example products.

Note:

• Assembly can be done inhouse or with filler

• Assembly can be more effective. For example print directly on packaging instead of labels. - This will however impact number of packages you need in inventory

• We use a silk paper in many products to fill out space. (Make multiple packages work for multiple size products).

  Key features regarding EMITE packaging;

  • It is time efficient to assemble

  • It is cost effective

  • It is designed to fit outer packaging (standard cardboard boxes) for cost effective delivery

  • It protects the cosmetic product

  • It stands out in store. (White outer packaging and black product has this effect and also when customer in many cases see the colour).

  • The customer should be able to see that the product is whole and is the correct colour

  • It has a hygiene level/seal to prevent unnecessary returns

  • Many of the outer packaging is unique for the cosmetic market. (Important - not just more of the same)

  • It has in many cases an environmental approach

  • Many packages also has features that can be added on for promotions etc.

The goal in developing this packaging series was to create such a good feeling that the customer will feel reluctant to throw the packaging in the trash. It should also give the customer the feeling of opening a "present".
